Hi! I hope your Wednesday has been wonderful!
Last night, we had a few guests over for supper. One of our guests is from Baton Rouge, which is where my husband and I first met. She brought the most delicious homemade pound cake and these two gifts.
We had this wonderful coffee with our dessert last night. It is sooo good! Community Coffee isn't available here in Iowa. I also received an unexpected package from a friend in Missouri this week. She sent me Community coffee in French Vanilla. You can never have too much coffee, can you? Because...

I loved having guests last night. The plates and glasses were ready for our company.
We had grilled Teriyaki Chicken with pineapple
and homemade ice cream. I really could skip the meal and go straight for the ice cream.
Have a great Memorial Day weekend! It's so hard to believe that summer is officially about to begin. What are your plans for the weekend?
Much love! - Kathy

That pecan praline sounds wonderful! I like giving gifts that have to do with my state. What a good idea to give the Community coffee and tea. We are having company this weekend. I might go look for some cute little ice cream cups. Bet they have them at Hobby Lobby. Of course, they might not be big enough for the servings my husband tries to dish out. :)
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful weekend!
I found the pink cups at Target and the other ones at Walmart. They had them by the paper plates and napkin aisle. Have a great time! Thanks so much, Stacey, for stopping by:)
ReplyDeleteOh, that coffee looks good! We do have Community Coffee here in Tx., but I've never seen the pecan praline variety. Yum! Love the ice cream cups too. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by, Lisa! The coffee is very good!
